Production & delivery
Each pair is made to order. Please allow 15–30 days in total for production and shipping.
Care instructions
Handle the pearl-embellished areas gently and avoid abrasive surfaces. Store fully embellished pairs in the included dust bag and follow our product care guide to help preserve the lettering and pearl details.
Size & fit
Every pair is cut on our own last, so we would rather you measure once than guess twice. The size chart walks you through measuring your foot at home and converting between EU, UK and US, and it also covers what to do when your two feet differ or when you plan to wear the shoes for a full day.
