We are a small studio, and the person who answers your email is the same person who will be holding the brush. Write to us about anything — a size you are unsure of, a design you have been imagining, an order already on its way, or a mark on a pair you have owned for two years.

When you will hear back

We read every message and reply within 48 hours. Messages sent over a weekend or a public holiday are answered on the next working day. If more than 48 hours have passed without a reply, please check your spam folder and then write again — occasionally a message does go astray, and we would rather hear from you twice than not at all.

Please include these details

You will get a far more useful answer if your first message includes:

• Your order number, if you are writing about an existing order.
• Your wedding or event date, if there is a deadline involved.
• Your size, or your foot length in centimetres, for any sizing question.
• Photographs, for any question about a design, a mark, or damage. A clear picture in daylight saves several rounds of email.
