Cannot find the perfect pair?
Our Order by Request service is your route to a pair that does not exist yet. A bold colour scheme, a specific theme, a design straight from your imagination — tell us and we will work out how to paint it.
Give us every detail you can: preferred colours, textures, the dress or the suit it has to sit beside, and any inspiration you have been collecting. The more we know at the start, the fewer rounds it takes to get it right.
How it works
Tell us the idea
Send your description, any reference pictures, your size and — if there is one — your event date, using the form below.
We quote and mock up
We come back with what is possible, a price and a timeline. Mockups are revised until you are happy before any paint is opened.
We paint it
Once you approve the mockup and the order is confirmed, your pair is painted by hand and shipped with tracking.
What to send us
- Your size, or your foot length in centimetres — see the size chart.
- Colours, as precisely as you can. A photograph of the fabric, the flowers or the invitation beats a colour name.
- Reference images of the look you are after.
- Your date, if the pair is for a wedding or an event.
- Any text you want painted — names, a date, a vow line — spelled exactly as it should appear.
On timing. A request pair takes about four weeks of production once the design is approved, plus shipping. If your date is closer than that, say so in your first message — rush production is sometimes possible for an additional fee, and we will tell you honestly if it is not.
One thing we cannot do. We do not copy another brand's logos, trademarks or signature designs onto a pair. Everything we paint is our own artwork or yours.
